"Enrollment Made Easy... 7 Steps to a Bright Future"

Step 1:	Complete the Admissions Application Applications can be completed online at www.jarvis.edu or on paper and mailed to the Office of Admissions.
Step 2:	Pay the Admissions Application Fee The payment of the admissions application fee is not required at the time of application. The application fee will be charged to your account upon enrollment to the college.
Step 3:	Submit Official Transcripts or GED Certificate First time freshmen must submit official high school transcripts or GED certificate. If you have college credits, please have the college(s) you attended forward official transcripts directly to Office of Admissions. Transfer students must submit official high school transcripts, and official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and/or universities to the Office of Admissions.
Step 4:	Apply for Financial Aid.........Apply at www.fafsa.gov To be considered for maximum aid, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (School Code 003637) by April 15.
Step 5:	Submit Test Scores All students are required to submit ACT/SAT scores to the Office of Admissions. Jarvis’ test codes are: ACT—4110; SAT—6319
Step 6:	Submit Medical Information All students must submit proof of immunization, meningitis, physical form, and health insurance. A copy of student’s health insurance card (front & back) is required. If you do not have health insurance, Jarvis will provide insurance for a fee.
Step 7:	Complete Orientation Orientation is a one-time program designed to offer new students a smooth transition into college life by providing information about academics and student life. All new students are required to attend an orientation program before their first semester of classes begins. New students will not be able to register for their classes until their orientation attendance requirement is met.
