The Executive Vice President for Major and Planned Gifts is responsible for the management of the planning, developing and implementing of the College's fund-raising,  community relations, college and public relations, and church relations.  The Executive VP serves as the major gifts development officer.

Public and College Relations is the official source for the coordination, preparation, and dissemination of news and information about Jarvis Christian College. The director is responsible for providing media relations, press conferences, and special media-related events.

Community Relations develops funds and resources from the local communities to enhance the College's academic and community service programs through corporate and individual cultivation and solicitation, and community partnerships.

Church Relations provides spiritual guidance to the College's student, faculty, and staff. The campus pastor carries out the mission of the church within the academic community. He conducts religious worship activities for all persons who desire to attend. In addition, the campus pastor coordinates spiritual activities for the Christian Church.

Performing Arts is responsible for coordinating the functions and activities of the concert choir, gospel choir, drum line, and other choir and musical performing entities of the College.
