Changes in hall designations may occur without advance notice. If, at some point prior to the opening of halls, a change in the number of spaces available to men or women is indicated, we must make this change and reassign the affected students.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS : Students who require special accommodations in residence halls and apartments are requested to submit their individual needs in writing to the Office of Student Affairs/Housing Department, located in James Airborne Health Center. Students must provide professional documentation of their disability. The Housing Department will consult with Disability Services for documentation of a disability and provision of accommodations. Following residence hall assignments each semester, the Housing Department will provide the hall director and the College Security Department with a list of residents who have a disability that have been provided special accommodations. This information will assist in identifying students in emergency situations.
