Help Desk Services The Help Desk is a tool used to coordinate repairs and answer user questions. Each email sent to the help desk generates a service request that will be responded to by the Network Coordinator. This provides a systematic means of contacting the originator and tracking each request. When requesting service through help desk, please include the following: 1. Name, location and telephone number in your email for quicker response.
