With regard to references to Jarvis Christian College, reported to have been made by Reverend Jeremiah Wright, please accept that Jarvis is alive and well, firmly rooted in the spiritual foundations that started this fine institution.  The statements referencing a "Godless" institution are wholly untrue and unfounded.  The faculty, staff, and students stand committed to the College's "middle name," CHRISTIAN.  Surely, we are united under God, preparing tomorrow's leaders intellectually, personally, and spiritually.
