MISSION: To provide financial, human and physical support for all activities, programs, and purposes of the College in a physical environment, which contributes to an atmosphere for effective learning. The Division of Fiscal Affairs is the custodian of all financial and physical resources of Jarvis Christian College. The Vice President for Fiscal Affairs, who reports directly to the President of the College, directs the fiscal operations. Several managers report to the Vice President for Fiscal Affairs: Director of Operations, Controller, Director of Financial Aid, Director of Human Resources, Loan Collection Officer, Default Manager, and the General Manager of Sodexho (contracted food service). The duties of this staff includes preparing and controlling the budget, preparing financial reports and overseeing accounting procedures, supervising the operations and maintenance of the Physical Plant, inventory control and procurement of supplies and equipment, supervising the campus bookstore and handling the finances of other auxiliary enterprises, and overseeing the College's personnel policies and procedures.
