Meyer Auditorium Reservation
Information Technology manages use of the Meyer Auditorium. Request for use of the Auditorium must be made with no less than 10 days prior notice. Sponsors of student organizations must complete these requests for the organizations events.
Complete a Meeting Request via Outlook:
a) Select NEW ITEMS and in the drop box choose APPOINTMENT;
b) Type Meyer Auditorium as the To location;
c) In the Subject line type name of event;
d) Indicate start time and end time of event;
e) Indicate what time you are requesting access to auditorium for set up;
f) Indicate time cleanup will be completed after event for securing of building;
g) in the comments box indicate any audio/visual/media requests.
Technology services will be provided by an Information Technology employee.
Class meeting have priority over over any event.
Media (music, powerpoint projection) must be delivered to Information Technology on a cd/dvd burned in the order to be played no less than one (1) working day prior to event in order to test functionality.
An Information Technology representative will confirm availabilty of request for reservation via email.
