The Office of the Registrar is the official custodian of student records and is responsible for the implementation of academic polices. This office does not assign or “give” grades, but rather the Office of the Registrar records grades and other information. The Office of the Registrar also interprets and enforces college policy, but it does not create or write policy.
This office is also is responsible for coordinating course and room schedules and enrollment verification. Other services include graduation certification, transfer credit evaluation, official transcripts, the coordination of Veteran’s Education Benefits, and coordination of International Student Reporting to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office.
The Office of the Registrar strives to maintain accurate academic records of all previous and current students.
