About This Work
At Jarvis Christian University, advancement strategy is being actively developed and strengthened to support long-term institutional growth. This work reflects a shift toward greater alignment across annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and athletics, creating a more coordinated and strategic advancement framework.
The models shared here are designed to be practical and adaptable, with an emphasis on clarity, sustainability, and measurable progress—particularly for institutions seeking to enhance and scale their advancement efforts.
Conference & Professional Engagement
This work has been developed and refined through engagement with leading professional organizations, including the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In addition, leadership development experiences such as the Executive Leadership Institute at Clark Atlanta University inform an approach that integrates executive leadership, fundraising strategy, and institutional positioning.
