What We Do

Academic Advising

Our advisors work closely with you to develop a personalized academic plan that aligns with your goals and keeps you on track for graduation. We help you select courses, explore majors, and connect with resources that enhance your academic experience.

Tutoring & Academic Support

We provide free tutoring services in a wide range of subjects, helping you strengthen your understanding of course material and improve your grades. Our academic support services also include study skills workshops, test preparation, and time management strategies.

First-Year Experience Program

Designed to help new students transition to college life, our First-Year Experience Program offers a variety of resources, including orientation sessions, peer mentoring, and workshops focused on academic success and personal development.

Retention & Early Alert Services

We assist students in exploring potential career paths, connecting their academic experiences to their career goals, and developing a plan for post-graduation success. Our services include career assessments, job shadowing opportunities, and networking events.

Career Exploration & Planning

The Disability Support Services is an advocate for students with disabilities and seeks to assist the students with reasonable and appropriate accommodations outlined by the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The appropriate academic support, deemed reasonable and necessary by law, will be provided to student with documented disabilities.
