Cashier provides account management services for the College. Specific functions include: 

  • Cashier serves as depository for related accounts receivable payment processing and accounting issues
  • Record and verify bank deposits
  • Process payments for students and vendors
  • Issue checks to faculty, staff, students and vendors daily

Payments can be made at the Cashier's Window, in the EBS Building, Room 103, Monday-Friday, between 10:00am-noon and 1:00pm-3:00pm. Credit card payments must be made by contacting Ms. Brandy Gray, Cashier at (903) 730-4890, ext. 2710 or via email at cashier@jarvis.edu. Acceptable means of payments are cash, money orders, cashier's checks, and/or all major credit cards. We also accept payments through our PayPal account on our college's website.
