Your academic and personal journey at Jarvis stretches far beyond the classroom. In the Division of Student Affairs, our students are our purpose. Whether it’s finding your place and space on campus, connecting with other students who share and challenge your perspectives, our goal is to cultivate a student-centered culture that encourages positive and constructive communication among peers, faculty, and staff because we are here for you.

All of them offer opportunities for leadership development, academic support, networking, personal growth and community service. While you’re here, you’ll be exposed to new ideas and meet people with lived experiences, perspectives and diverse backgrounds that may differ from your own. I hope you embrace these opportunities and view each new engagement and conversation as a way to learn and develop as a young adult.

Office of Residence Life
Living on campus is an integral part of your college experience, and our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports your academic and personal success. Our residence halls are designed to foster a sense of community, where lifelong friendships are made and memories are created.
Office of Religious Life
We believe that spiritual growth and exploration are essential components of holistic education. Our office is dedicated to supporting the diverse religious and spiritual needs of our campus community, offering opportunities for worship, reflection, dialogue, and service.
Office of Counseling and Health Services
The Health Services Center is committed to providing all students with health care that is of high quality, safe, confidential and respectful. We are open to any comments and ideas that can assist us in improving the services we provide to you, the student. The Health Services Center is located in the Ronald L. Hay Student Services Center. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. should students have an emergency or need help after hours, they can also visit the local hospital.
The University Concert Choir
The Jarvis Christian University Concert Choir is a dynamic and diverse group of students united by a shared passion for music and a commitment to excellence in choral performance. Whether you’re an experienced vocalist or someone who simply loves to sing, the University Concert Choir offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you can develop your musical talents, build lifelong friendships, and contribute to the rich cultural life of our campus.
University Bands
The Sophisticated Sound of Soul is more than just a musical ensemble—it’s a powerhouse of school spirit, energy, and tradition. As one of the most visible and exciting organizations on campus, the Marching Band plays a vital role in rallying our community, supporting our athletic teams, and showcasing the talent and dedication of our students.

Serving as a retreat from classes, the Student Center is the gateway to an exciting array of events, clubs, and experiences that will enrich your time on campus and help you build a well-rounded university experience.
Level Up Program
The Level-Up Program is designed to support foster youth transitioning from completion of high school/GED to higher education by providing holistic academic, personal, and social support. This initiative aligns with Jarvis Christian University’s commitment to student success and community engagement.
